It is very sad. I hate to have to do it.
Yeah my euro front end is in perfect shape no broken trim, and no cracks in the fiberglass. Sad.

I recently bought a 85 442 arizona rust free parts car. I sold the gray plastic and metal interior parts, the instrument cluster and the 15 inch wheels like you have for about 750 for all. The rearend from the 442s are 3.73 and open diffs unless someone upgraded it. You should be able to get 7-800 for the rearend. The rest of the car is a cutlass. They are like aholes out here. Selling body parts for any type of money to make it worth the effort is tough out here. Pull up offer up for phoenix and type in cutlass. You can find tons of them. Type in regal and you see maybe 1 or 2 if you are lucky.
If you want a good rust free hardtop body and frame i will sell you this one i have. Then you could put all your good condition parts on it and have a nice 442.

G80/limited slip is an option on the 442 just like other cars or rears, not sure how many got it but it seems close to a 50/50 split in my findings. I have a factory limited slip 8.5 from a 442 in my garage.

Central Missouri, I would never get out of it what I could get for th he parts. When I got it it was already missing the original motor and transmission. It was quite neglected early in its life so I'm quite sure selling the parts will help me toward future projects more than what I'd get out of it whole.

What would you have to have for it as it sits? There are some people probably willing to buy it as is for the right price. 442s are getting hard to find because everyone what a 8.5 rear end

This one is missing too much to be valuable as a 442, the motor and transmission were gone when I got it, and the trunk lid is gone (I do have pics of the options list somewhere though)
I would never so this if there were a chance at restoring it.

The value is not in the engine and transmission. Easily found a replacement.
Value is everything else to make it a 442 from what I read you have. Body parts can be found on any Cutlass from 81-88.

Well I can easily make over 25 with the parts so I'd lose a little to do it all at once but I wouldn't give 25 for it. You could get a much closer one for 4000.
I kind of want to keep the frame anyway.

I need two rims if in excellent condition - two of mine look fine cosmetically but are bent. Also fan shroud. Mine is an ‘85.
