Was just wondering if anyone would know if 235-60-15 would work on the front or do you guys think they might rub on tight turns....I have a 86 Monte Carlo ss

It won't rub on an 8" wheel, let alone a stock 7" wheel.

I run a 245-60r-15 on a 15 x 8 Corvette Rally 4.0 back space and they just lightly touch the sway bar at full lock on my 88 SS. The factory 15 x 7 N90 wheels cleared using the same tire with no problem.

I ran 235/60's on some centerlines that cleared 81 monte inner fenders with shortened springs...same combo rubs on 83 regal inner fenders with same springs. Same tires on 82 x bbody x 7" dont come near where those centerlines did. Backspacing is key.
