The difference between an '85 GN and a '65 442 Hardtop is, the 442 Hardtop is an easy $40K restored, while the '85 GN is worth more LS swapped and will never be worth more than $20K (unless you put $40K in it).

$10K for the 442 is a few $1000 high, but 4 speed 442's are hot and even after $15K in rust repair/bodywork, you wouldn't be upside down.
