Kijiji BC under classic cars:

Two old customized Plymouth cars. I don't know much about them, listing them for my grandmother. They belonged to my late grandfather.
Very rough shape, cars do not drive (motors are missing).
Prefer to sell as a pair. Maybe good for parts?
Have been sitting for as long as I can remember.

Located in Abbotsford B.C.
New owner responsible for removing them.
Would like to get $1000 but will accept reasonable offers.
please call 5?????????? before 9pm.

I think he means you could sell one for 100k after restoration, not 100k to do the restoration?

Known as the "Plymouth Road Runner Superbird," made in limited quantities in 1970 only? (That's the cartoon character on the side of that huge spoiler, all factory.) The pix don't show the nose ....

WOW - if that's true it's the deal of the century.

and yes a $100,000 restoration per car is not out of line , 15 years ago a friend was doing a 70 challenger he paid $800 US for NOS seat belts.
it add's up fast.

and they would be worth after a well done restoration ? my guess up wards of $200,000 each.

just did a quick google search for super bird for sale the following pricing....

$119,000
$150,000
$169,000
$226,000
$799,000 - not sure why ?

all $$ are U.S.

far too rich for my blood....back to my $2,500 ( on a good day ) projects

IDK if it's the same crap as on craig's list, but some of the ads just link to spam mailers... and as tc1959 said, they actually highlighted the history of those on graveyard cars, knew the pics as soon as I brought the link up... I think those 2 cars are the source of a lot of folklore and legend here in the carolinas...
