HELP Tough pickin today

I learned this years ago on a live fire range on duty.
Range O.C.: How many rounds does it take to kill a snake?
Squad Leader: All of them!
That would of been 7 guys with M4's with about 30 rounds in their magazines, unloading them with a few putting in a fresh one. Was about 300 rounds between them. Good thing the didn't let the 2 SAW gunners open up on it (2x200, full belts). They did find the rattle & head.
That is an 8 foot wide van box. There were a lot of skin sheds...all over. I've been gone for 3 years so I think it's been in there a while.
Of course I couldn't find it until it was 2 feet from my face!
I got all of the car parts out of there, but he managed to get behind some paneling. I'll take the paneling off in the morning and see if I can find him.
I just don't want to find it again somewhere else. I've got the box sold. Too bad they couldn't come get it today....
No signs of mice, so that's good..
