Trans shutter

Currently did a trans flush,new hughs deep pan with 700R4 filter and I used Mobile 1 Delvec synthetic fluid.shifts really smooth but at take off or slow speeds it has a shutter.is this fluid legit for a TH 200?

You could try this, it's just a friction modifier.....

Same filter but it picks up from the bottom of the filter instead of the top

why did they design the 200 to pick it up from the bottom and the 700R4 designed to pick it up from the top?....
