transmission cooler fittings

I will be adding a transmission cooler to my car soon. This is what I was going to get;

OK, so I'm not for certain what fittings come in that transmission cooler kit, but I came across these; http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HDA-390/

So from what I can tell, if I get those Hayden line fittings above, I wouldn't even have to cut my top transmission line ( though I'm sure I'd need to bend it out of the way a bit ) since they would just screw right in ( one in the radiator and the other on the end of the transmission line )? Does the B&M cooler above already include these fittings? If not, then what fittings are they and how are they supposed to be set up?

the cooler comes with all the fittings you need...it has the fittings in your 3rd link included
