Transmission ID

Can anyone tell what type of transmission this is? When I got my Pontiac 400 motor this was bolted to it. Also is it worth anything? I also have a 350 trans that came out of my 82 Grand Prix. Im looking to clear out some stuff from my shed that I don't need.

Pan gasket says 350 but the mounting ears say BOP or corporate so thinking that you have the version of the TH350 t-mission that was meant to back up a Buick/Olds/Pontiac engine block. if you compare the SBC bellhousing bolt pattern with that for a corporate case you can see the difference in the shape of the flanges.
