Transmission

I was wondering could any of you guys help me determine what transmission I have in my grand prix just by looking at the picture..im deployed right now so i can't do the research i need as far as physically getting under the car and looking at the pan. The car is In the shop getting a motor swap as we speak. It had a 305 in it

Unfortunately, without seeing the shape of the pan it's hard to be definitive on what trans you have. The bellhousing shape doesn't help.

If you could get the shop to take a pic of the pan shape it would help us out a ton!

The car was originally a v6 car from my understanding. That engine was replaced with a 305 from a monte Carlo so I dont know if the engine n transmission was replaced or just the engine..car wasn't running when I got it which is why I dumped the 305 for my replacement engine
