Trunk carpet kit

I need a black trunk carpet kit for my 83 cutlass supreme. It is bare metal right now. Where can I find it online? I can find any.

I'm guessing the Monte Carlo carpet will fit an 83 cutlass. Is there like a certain pad I need to put under the carpet to make it a flat surface?

I would think the Monte Carlo and Cutlass trunks are very similar dimensionally. Perhaps that is a bad assumption. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Why do you think extra padding is needed for the trunk floor? Here is a picture of the installed kit......

You could just get some universal jute padding and cut it to fit if you feel like extra padding is needed......

Idk. I'm new to the trunk carpet installation game lol. But. Ill check it out. Did you need any jute padding or did the kit do it for you?

I don't have that kit in my car though I plan to use one. I found that picture on a thread from here. I would think everything you need is included in the kit.

Cheap Dynamat alternative can be stuck down in the low spots to make it level if you need that. No heat back there, so the knock-off type will work fine.

86 cutlass yep mikesmoties is where i got mine. 129.00 plus ride. best price around. you also need some good velcro
