Trunk mount battery cables?

Has anyone run their battery cables through the cabin with their battery in the trunk?

Y’all fit 2- 2/0 gauge wires and a 1 gauge under the carpet? Here’s what I’m going to be working with:

Mine fit in the plastic wiring conduit that clips on the pinch weld.

one of the reasons I run it down the passenger side is if there is a short I don't want to be the one to discover it....

I’m going to double wrap each wire with rubber backed fiberglass and then a braided wrap.
