There's so many odd things going on there besides the obvious. He's got cable operated exhaust cutouts/dumps welded in after the mufflers... Why? That makes no sense at all.

And what the hell is with the adjustable fuel pressure regulator on the firewall that's not hooked to anything?

Demolition derby or enduro car maybe for an event/track that requires mufflers and that was the cheapest shortest exhaust he could cobble together?
