I am going with a factory two tone paint job, but with Black/Burgundy and was wondering what the best way to go about paiting it was without leaving paint lines where the colors meet, any help is appreciated!

If your doing base coat/ clear coat it shouldn't be a big deal you can lay some extra clear at the line and wet sand it flat afterwards. Single stage it kinda is what it is, you can put the seam on a body line or do some pinstriping there to try to hide it a bit.
