Hey guys, noob here, I have a unicorn or at least that’s what I’m told. Got a t-top 87 SS Aerocoupe 30k miles and garage kept. It was my father in-laws car for years. It is all factory except for wheels, exhaust, and he had cut the front springs. I replaced the front springs with BMR 1.5 lowering springs, rubber isolators, replaced sway bar links and put in bilstien shocks. Now I’m off 3/4 inch side to side. Drivers side being higher. Any help would be appreciated. The springs are indexed properly. I include some pics. The pic with the windows up is how she sat before the spring/shock replacement

If you put in new isolators did you make sure that the old ones were removed?

Did you clock the springs so they both rested in the same place in the saddle? There’s an actual drilled hole where you should line them up. I had mine off ever so slightly and it translated to a lot once the car was on the ground.

A unicorn? Why? Weren't there like 6000 made or something? I think if it were an 86, then that would be more of a unicorn since there were only 200 made.

Chased my tail on a similar problem for years without success. Installed coil overs on all 4 corners , problem solved ! 👍
I was attempting to keep it close to factory as possible but….. it might be an option. How do you like your setup vs OEM?

I think they were referring to the condition and mileage. So the weak frame, rust issues, and so on so forth wouldn’t be the issue like some other people had with higher mileage cars.
