Vacuum Ball

I am getting down to the nitty-gritty of vacuum lines and electrical connections and this one confuses me. It says wiper washer vacuum but I don’t think it was hooked up to that and it does go in that spot maybe the other way around and maybe I don’t need it at all I don’t know can anyone help me with this. I threw in some extra pictures just to show everybody where I was at.

Washers don't use vacuum, that ball is for the vacuum for the heater-A/C controls.

OK that solves that now can I hook that up to my heater HVAC With what I’ve done in there
