This is a vacuum controlled switch that disables the heater core when the A/C is turned on. It is on a 1978 El Camino LM1 350. (I suspect 305 will be identical.) I'm looking for a replacement for this, anybody know where I can purchase one (new or used) by chance? If there are alternative solutions that accomplish the same thing I am all ears.
