Currently restoring a 41 Chevy Sedan. Does anyone know how to test a vacuum motor, specifically a wiper motor? The one I have is surprisingly new looking and bolted in but not hooked up. The car is currently in a few pieces so starting and hooking it up to the motor is not the best option currently.

Never played with a vacuum activated wiper motor. I sure you could test it with a hand operated vacuum pump. The parts stores all sell them.
