Vent lines???'s

I have a 1979 Chevy Malibu and I'm looking for the two nylon plastic vent lines that goes from the vent box under the dash to the black ball on the firewall i think these lines makes the a/c blow out of the top vents in the dash I'm looking to replace those because mines are brittle and broke where can I find these or what can I replace them with? thanks

I repaired mine with the plastic line that comes with the mechanical oil pressure gauges.i sleeved a few pieces of shrink wrap with a short piece of tig wire to keep it rigid at the joints.
