That tag is still there. Those numbers are the build sheet right?
That is not the build sheet proper, but contains most all the Service Parts Identification needed to be able to service the car as it came from the factory. The build sheet will have all the codes on it in more detail, like belt and pulley codes, etc. You'd be more apt to find a broadcast sheet in a Michigan built car. Those guys really cleaned up the cars of build sheets. Not saying never, because they did have them every once in awhile, but Pontiac plants didn't let too many build sheets float out of there inside the cars. And Lansing, almost never.
