All Girls Garage featured a 83 El Camino SS. They replace all the weather strips, they removed the door glass just to get to the one screw on the outer window sealing strip. Instead of loosing up the window stop and rolling down the window.
They did fix up the Interior. Replacing the door panels with new ones.
They put on a new rear bumper, I have never seen anyone remove a El Camino bumper by grinding all the bumper bolts off and splitting the bumper from the inner support ...

I saw some of that episode and thought the same about the bumper. I usually just take the bumper off of the bumper shocks. You know, the easy way.

I was thinking that too it's just 8 bolts and the thing falls off. It probably took them two hours to grind off all those bolts. :lol:

I watch this show every time, now come on I've never seen them do anything I didn't already know how to do. But I'm pretty sure the producer didn't hire Christy Lee for her vast automotive knowledge, I wouldn't care if she used a nail file to get the bumper off my car
