hi there,,everytime it rains there is water on the pass, floorboard,, note,,
last winter i replaced the heater core,,and i cracked the top cover closest to the hood hinge,,also there is a screen type cover for that area that goes on top,,it is cracked as well,,is this the issue,,any help is greatly appreciated ,,thanks

i took the top cover/screen off and yes it was full of junk,,leaves dirt ect ect,,got it all cleaned out and drain hole open,,,
next question i have is ,,how does the vacuum lines go to hook up the vacuum ball?
i have vacumm going to the ball,,but which port gets the supplied vacuum ,,,and the purple plastic line suppies the dash,,what about the other plastic line,,there is no heater control valve ,,i removed it,,along with the a//c,,,thanks

Mine does this when I wash it because it doesn't see rain. Its the top of the heater box. My glovebox will actually hold quite a bit of water. The back of my heater box is cracked so it comes in through there.

well we had a good rain here last night,,gonna go see if there is any water on pass. side floor board,,ill report back in a few,,,cheers,,,

well i went out and looked and yes there is a puddle of water in the pass. side floor board,,any ideas??
