The max backspacing for a G-body with an unmodified frame is 4.5".

Offset changes with wheel width, not backspacing.

what is the backspacing for 8 and 10” wide weld 15” rims.
Typical Weld street/strip wheels come in 3.5" and 4.5" B.S. for the 8" rim and the Race rims you can get in a 4" B.S.
A 10" rim is not going to fit without a frame notch unless you want the tire sticking out of the wheel well (always looks wrong IMO)

So what we would be best spacing for 275/60 tire? Front ? Not sure on size 215 or 235.

For me a 15' x 8" rim with 4" of B.S. has always worked well but a range of 3.5" to 4.5" usually fits depending on the car and tire size and brand used.
Currently on my 86' Regal I have 15" x 8" rims with 4" of B.S. all the way around and have Cobra 275/60 rears and 235/60 fronts with no fitment issues.
