Found this yesterday and It just had to come home with me. 1986 Bonneville base model, manual windows, locks , seats , only real options was the 305, 4 speed auto, tilt,A/C and Cruise. 2.41 rear gear. Trans is bad. guy paid almost 2900 bucks to have it rebuilt and then had to take it back 3 times and then the 4th time he just parked it in the garage in 2005 and it sat until yesterday, I grabbed my trailer and headed out , had it home and running in 10 min. didnt expect it to run on 15 year old gas but she does, and fairly well i might add.. but no life in the trans.

Got the missing hubcaps back on. got the interior wiped down so I didnt contract the black plaque just sitting in it. I will eventually pull all the interior apart , remove the carpet, washing it with laundry detergent and ZEP purple cleaner followed by a rinse with my pressure washer, but , being the first week of January , thats gonna have to wait a while, Just mainly wanted the get the majority of the grunge off so I can not feel grossed out just working on it. Always easier to stay motivated when you are working on something clean. No one likes working on scabbed out sh*t.

yeah, the engine is a jasper reman, so I have no idea on the specs , I know the original LG4 should have had the peanut cam and flat top pistons. Figure the jasper is a run of the mill dished piston 305.
Seems to run decent though. Hes a vid of me going to look at it and getting it home.
