What all is needed for front clip swap?

I'm strongly toying with the idea of putting a Cutlass front clip on my 86 Elky.

Is it just sheet metal? Just nose? Or is it more? What all will I need to scavenge from the Cutlass to do the whole job?

Its much more than just the nose. You would need the doors, fenders, hood, header panel, bumper, bumper shocks and also move the body line on the Elkys rear quarter panel.

I see so many Elkys with swapped fronts. Are their some that the body lines do match up, or are these people just investing truckloads in modifying body lines?
