What am I looking at here?

This add just posted on CL and I didn't catch it at first but what is going on with the rear wheels it looks like a tire way to small for a rim that is too wide for the car and the tire.

Look like to me it has a rearend swap. The brake drum looks like it is sticking out a lot further than a g body rearend and is foward too much. That tire does not look safe to me either.

It kinda looks like a really nice monte carlo that a kid got hold of and went to town with "upgrades" check out the red painted rear drums, you know they are high performance if they are red.

Looks like it's in a Swale. Straddling a ditch or something to make it articulate the rearend like that. Those wheels don't do the car any favors.
