It's ok. They can always be resold.
I wasn't making light of you, just where you bought them. Any issues are almost always the customer's fault, wheter it really was or not. Hope you don't have any issues, but if you do...just be prepared. That's all.

Not so much for a Gbody but helps when making brackets or something when I need to transfer blind holes to another part.
I have a couple used older sets of transfer screws made by Heimann but found these new on Amazon for $13 a set with a bunch of available sizes including metric.
If you didn't already know the one end is used to screw the transfer screws into the part and they are stored in the casing when not in use.

I've been slowly raising money and buying parts for my 4.1 stroker (4.5L) Buick build. I've got the timing cover, ARP head studs, roller lifters and spider for the roller cam conversion using GM parts. Also managed to score most of the gaskets needed. Now to raise more case and buy more parts, I need alot! Anyone have SBC lifter dogbones?

These have been haunting my Amazon ‘save for later’ cart. Before my dollars shrink, I decided to cave. Checking RockAuto, I somehow saved money, even with the shipping.

These are the same Brembo calipers and rotor that equipped the GXP. And the rotor is massive. 13.9 inches/353 mm. That’s the mat knife I used to open the box.

Yeah, about that box. It did not survive the FedEx experience, despite the HEAVY sticker on the side of the tape ball, er, box. Hopefully RA has the second rotor and the brake pads in the mail soon. Now I have to go unlock the Coupe thread and maybe install the Blazer spindles.

Actually, I do, if you can use Vortec 350 parts.

If it is the vortec headed SBC then yes, those would be it. That block started with the centerbolt valve covers and one piece rear main, then went to vortec heads. They should be the same dogbones.

I'm impressed. RockAuto already shipped replacements for the the lost pieces. Hoping for better luck shipping that manhole cover this time.

Ordered Dorman window guide rollers and some 3m weather strip adhesive. My fairly fresh weather strips keep peeling away from corner. Also a couple of the rollers from the driver window have decided to remove itself from the equation cause air to leak in while I’m driving. Also a couple days ago when I went to fill up there a puddle of water in driver footwell. I’m assuming it leaked from the snow that was built up on it. Now I just need to order the some weather barrier and insulation as I don’t want to remove the panels again.
