That's the home for the horn relay, key buzzer & seatbelt thermo (timed) buzzer. It should be living in the lower left of the dash pad. There could be a bracket with a pair of studs that would hold it place.

That block has the seatbelt chime (L) Key in Buzzer (C) and the horn relay (R). No white wire.

Power for the seat belt chime is the 39 circuit pink w/black stripe wire that powers the gauge cluster. If your gauges and/or warning lights work it should have power.

150 circuit black wire is ground.

238 circuit black wire goes to the buckle switch which grounds the circuit when the switch is closed.

237 circuit yellow wire goes to the warning light on the gauge cluster.

The white wire is the 156 circuit for the courtesy lights or circuit 900 the optional dome light delay shut off.

Did it look like anything was missing?

Does reverse buy count?
The van I was supposed to pull the 4l80 ended up being sold. Today I sent back the 4l80 harness, budget billet jegs converter and the trans go kit.
I’ll be ordering another converter for the th350 then decide what to do with the rest of the funds.

Partly last week and moving into this week. BMR lower A arms since I already have the rest of their goods sans UMI shock brace (thanks again Texas82GP ), front Viking hybrid coilovers, frame notch kit, multi process Primeweld welder. Needed supplies since my brother n laws old welder and such went to his son n law during divorce.....so I splurged on a good Lincoln helmet, jacket, HF cart and blanket.

It was last night but I bought a C3 passenger power mirror that is missing the mirror frame on the cheap to finally try to do something with having them for the car. As long as I can get the mirror frame for it or even a driver side to have a 3D set made for both sides I don't see any issues other than just getting a usable one.
