Finally did the body bushings! I was in denial about them needing to be done but they were shot! Car is now about an inch higher. Won’t be able to test drive for a few days but hopefully it was worth the cost to upgrade to these.

That's you mom's shop...
I'm impressed.
My mom is widowed, so it was my father's. The Nova and Vega were my father's. The Nova is mine now and the Vega is my brothers. Most of the other stuff is mine. I have a lot of time and money of my own in the Nova. I am taking a long break from it. I used to spend a lot of time over there. Now that I have kids it is hard to drive ten miles to work all the time. I have the same size of shop at my house that I have been putting together. 30x40.

That makes me feel better...my Cutlass used to have a decent stance, and after the new body bushings went in it went up the same...about an inch. The pic below is with Hotchkis 1" drop springs, engine and trans in the car! The rear springs have been in way longer and have settled. I'm hoping the fronts will do the same, if not I'll be saving for coilovers.

Searched high and low for the bolts to mount my shifter. Finally found the dang thangs and bolted it down. Did a quick test fit with the console and looks good to go.

Didn’t really do anything but I bought this neat gadget from Harbor Freight for $17 in preparation for my A/C install. Simply hook up your air compressor and pull 27 inches of vacuum. Has large and small A/C bungs.

Where at?

It was down in one of the Heinz field lots, so much to look at I think I barely looked at cars. Hahaha, but I think there is going to be another one there this weekend that is sponsered by MaxMotive

edit:
Now that I looked for myself it is going to be the weekend of the 24th

Attempted to crank this Cutlass over! 50% success. It cranks like a boss, but does it as soon as the battery is grounded which tells me there is a wire unhooked still. I did find a heavy gauge brownish pink wire that is unhooked, thinking that might be the culprit.
