What type of starter is it? Did you have to take the headers off to fit it in? That's the cleanest flywheel/converter I've ever seen!

its a power master. yeah i had to unbolt the headers just had to let them drop alittle. much better that the summit mini starter. thanks lol.

Was on a roll- slapped some paint & POR15
on the rusty parts of the firewall and got the trans bolted to the engine

Then I fvcked up. I think I cross threaded a converter bolt. Tacke it another day...

That is STILL a huge pile of wires. It makes my CCC harness look down right skinny in comparison.

I know your struggle. I have a co-worker that loves to tell me stories about his 1989 El Camino SS. I get this eye twitch every time I have to hear about it. And don't bother correcting him about when they were actually made, because he KNOWS it is an '89.

Replaced both front brake lines that I messed up dong the 2WD Blazer front brake conversion. Installed new lines from Inline Tube.

Got my frame pieces welded in. Kinda, lol. I definitely need a lot more practice. These aren’t pretty but they are functional. All in all I’m pretty happy with it and should be good for another 35 or so..timo22
