That's a find. In MI though, it won't look that nice forever.

I know. It's a shame really. That's why moved out of MI. Can't stand the rust. I haven't done a brake line repair or an exhaust repair in 15 years. Don't miss it one bit. MI is much prettier and the cost of living is better but I'm not going hungry here and my stuff doesn't rust. It's a fair trade usually.

Maybe this isn't the absolute correct place for this post but this is what I am doing ( I just came in to cool off #summerinTX)

Picked this 97 F250 up for a friend in Michigan. He wanted a crew cab to haul his kids around in. Getting it ready to drive up there. 160K miles. One owner. 460 AOD. 2wd

I won't tell you what it cost but it was so cheap, you'd be hard pressed to buy a ragged out G-Body for the same money and it's as nice inside as out. No leaks. As close to perfect as I've ever seen and I am PICKY.

I haven't checked in lately so none of this was today. I haven't had my GMT 800 since Wednesday because it's pos with wiring issues and harness demons and I'm stuck driving a Nissan Altima that I have no idea who it belongs to. Now my truck is at my bosses truck repair shop and they have no idea what's wrong with it. So far it got new plugs, wires, knock sensors and harness. Then it got used intake injectors fuel rails regulator and coils. I have no idea what it's costing me or when I'm getting it back. So without my truck and or tools it makes getting anything done difficult to say the least. So today I'm going to fill the Nissan with oil and head to the building anyway. I don't know what I can get done because my parts for the rig are in my truck but maybe I'll finally bolt my Axel's in the cutlass.

Went out to the building today only to realize that I left what I needed for the rig in my truck so I putzsed around with what I could. Figured out the linkage for an emergency stop switch well cable took a bunch of measurements and made a materials list. I couldn't finish anything so I bolted the Axel's in the rear for my Oldsmobile and went home

After the wife freaked about my "scary boogie man gun" AR build, I had to part with it. Sold it to a friend, then acquired Earl the semi auto 12 gauge...

Then got my 10 year old a Red Ryder that matches, and have been working with her on safety and technique...
