That looks a lot like my factory blower pulley from my Regal. Who said you need that special puller?
I don't know any other way to take it off ? Got a tip? The pullers have a u shape that fits in a groove on the pulley. The pulley was so rusted that it pulled off, and wouldn't bite anymore.

Nope. In my case I was too cheep to buy the proper removal tool. I bent it first with a two jaw puller. Then I used a cutoff wheel. Heat would have been a bad idea. That most likely would have ruined the pump seal. Just pointing out my hackery.

Finally first drive in 10 years, low on every fluid and in need of fresh gas after I did that a quick drive and a quick rinse. Power steering pump is toast its going from power to manual depending on the turn so now to find one. The fun continues

Welded more stuff. I didn’t have the time, nor materials to do this the way I wanted, but it should work for now. Another crack had formed right in front of the torsion bar crossmember, thankfully it was only partial, but this is due to rust. I have had it repaired in the past:

I tried to weld some of the crack back together, and was just shotgunning the frame apart. Made a few pieces out of some 1 inch wide stock since I only had that and the 4 inch piece I used yesterday.

Don’t have any pictures, but this got the same treatment as the passenger side, VHT and Fluid Film snot. Took a bit of time to spray inside the frame and the cab mount brackets.

I'm glad today is the last day of the meds they gave me. I'm not even close to myself taking these things I do a little work and I'm exhausted. I did power threw and get some done though. I cut all the mutilated steel off the rig from when it was a landscape trailer and replaced it all. Then I welded on the tailight brackets and the tailgate.

Then I went back to my side gate and welded it up and installed it and the latch.

Also welded in the uprights for the opening.

Just used some cheap hardware from depot and cut a hole for the bolt with the plasma cutter. It's a little shakey but for now it's something crossed off the list of to do.

My cousin sent me this today. My old LaCrosse I sold him last year. I guess he cut it a little short in the driveway and added some racing stripes. I haven't seen it in person so I don't know exactly how bad it is or whether I'm gonna be fixing it.
