I started out by spraying fuel all over the floor through a 55 year old split fuel line.....
then we fired an engine that had been dormant for at least 15 years.....she seems to want to make noise. :)

Took the TBSS for a wash on a -9*F day... and then wondered why the wheels suddenly felt out of balance on the way home.

Seems pretty obvious now.

Got the snowblower carb cleaned out properly; had to make a fuel bowl/main jet bolt gasket out of an old q-jet base gasket. Got the furnace running in the garage. Cleaned up the wood stove and brought wood in. A very productive day if I say so myself; I can be a slacker tomorrow!

Washed my 2015 Subaru Outback inside and out for the first time in a while. I also popped the hood to add washer fluid and check the fluids and noticed my positive battery cable was really corroded, despite being coated in dielectric grease. So I pulled the battery out, cleaned the terminals and cables, recoated in dielectric grease and put it back together. I'm going to order a new cable end from Subaru because it was just so bad.

I also pulled the battery out of my truck since I haven't been driving it much and brought it inside and put it on the tender.

Nothing like going to work on a Saturday to do the same thing I do all week, and for free! Will be nice to have a heated cab though.

Looks like a cavernous shop!
That is actually the storage room not the actual shop I work in. No overhead crain or air lines back there. It has been stuck in that corner for three years. I had to move a lot of stuff to get my service truck back there. The main shop is like 100'x 75' I think. Four bays, garage doors at both ends, 30' ceiling, and two 10 ton overhead crains. We work on some pretty big stuff. Mostly I work out of my truck out side!
