I found a mower deck on Craigslist for the free Craftsman tractor today. It's a 46" which is a little bigger than I wanted, the 42" is better for getting around some of the obstacles in my yard, but 46" is still doable. It's in great shape, no bends or cracks, blades are nearly new, paint is shiny and intact, and the spindles and pulleys turn smoothly. It included a new belt too. I've got it mounted but I'm missing one bracket. Looks like it's about $15 on Amazon. Hopefully I'll have it before the grass needs cut.

Rear driver door on the Silverado would not open. Dicked around with it previously in the week, and soaked it in WD40. Got serious today and got it open. Some geniuses at GM decided that the lower latch need a moisture trap around it, so they jammed a big piece of rubber foam on top. Being a plow truck didn't help, but the top latches are smooth as butter. Big D inspired me to put them in the blast cabinet before a coat of paint, but the compressor said "F you. It's too hot!"

Been toiling away at the damned plumbing for what seems like an eternity. Finally got it done and passed the inspection. Started doing the soffit on the wrap around porch.

That's somewhere in the neighborhood of 1500sq/ft worth of the stuff. What tool decided that building a big *ss house by themselves was a good idea??

And just like that your first amendment was taken from you without firing a singe shot.

I don't even have a 1st Amendment.

Anything considered hate speech, which is not properly defined by law, will land me in jail up here.

Basically a way of saying Mommy coddled you too much and now my words offend you.

Got the air compressor back up and running; I wasn't pushing the button enough. So, I treated it to an oil change, fired up the blast cabinet, cleaned, painted, and relubed the latches. That bit h was nasty inside; got her all spic n span.

Finally got the garage in a state of "organized chaos" Now Ill be able to fix the leaky power steering line on my Sierra in the nice cool garage instead of the hot driveway.
