Over the weekend I got the heater hose replaced on my daily and that sucked! It's now fixed, but then noticed the valve cover gasket leaking so I ordered gaskets for it. Tore it mostly down yesterday, finished it today since parts showed up today. Letting the rtv cure(needs 4 little dabs) a good 24hrs then I'll test it.
Oh, I also got a new toy that was on sale. 1/2" brushless unit, decent!...

Yep, but our house electrical is inferior to the needs of the compressor. Actually planning on having that upgraded this year as we need to add some circuits anyways. It was hard to pass on the 60 gallon compressor though since I got it for $140.

Yeah, mid range 1/2" on the impact. It has low(150ft/lb) and high(300ft/lb), and 600ft/lb breakaway.
Valve cover gasket isn't too bad really. Takes more time removing and unplugging stuff. I only have $40 into the valve cover job, not sure what you meant by steep?

Disclaimer....no fasteners were harmed during the valve cover gasket change lol. The 1/4" impact was used, then torque to spec. I was excited to get a cordless impact finally and had to share.

Torqued to spec?

And my non-G accomplishment was getting the papers from the lawyer today on our LLC. Grade Eh Rentals is officially a thing! Me and my sister are in it halvsies, presently working with the bank to nab rental property #2. Needed to name to finance the house(s) against, and protect us from dipshjt renters who fall down the porch steps and break their back. Oh wait, that already happened.
