What GM cars came with the metric 154 brake calipers?

I was looking into the metric calipers that have a larger piston and are a direct swap for the standard Gbody calipers and wondering what GM cars came factory with these.

Only S10 and Gbody. The larger piston 154 calipers are an aftermarket circle track thing.
