What is this called and where can I find another one

1980 3.8 turbo buick in my monte carlo has this EGR temp valve located under the carb. Can't find the technical name for this part or a place to find another one. Any help would be welcomed.has two ports one is broke off.

Well i order one, it was only ten bucks and the part number was only off by one so we will see how it goes
