CUTLASS What the heck are these?

I am going through all my Olds stuff and getting rid of stuff that will never be used or is basically scrap. However, there are some specialty things that I am not sure of. Like the below. What are these things?
EDIT: Added a size reference.

Anybody know?

kind of resembles a radiator standoff where the radiator sits . looks like a rubber bumper that gets inserted and is held in by the stem

Body mount # 5 on the frame rear hump on each side. Some cars had them some didn't?

They're only about 1.5" in diameter. And def not a body mount anything. I should have had something in the pic for scale...
