My '79 Cutlass is missing this piece on both sides of the car. I would call it b-pillar trim or something similar, but I have searched every parts site I can to locate a replacement. Any ideas on what this is called, or where I can get replacements?

B pillar trim is correct, and they’re not available through the aftermarket. Finding a good used set in the junkyards is about your only option.

Here ate a couple of pics. I think the verticle chrome strips are the same as a landau top. Then there is an insert that snaps into the middle, gold body color in these pics. The insert is particular to only 78-80 cutlass.

you may be able to use standard B pillar trim if you don't mind a step in the trim. i don't know if this trim piece will work on a t-top car but here is a pic.
