What wheels might these be?

Re: Clueless people. Get used to it. They’re everywhere! And in terms of merchants, “they don’t make it” or “it doesn’t exist” is code for “we don’t carry it.” Between Amazon, RockAuto and eBay, (or a good Google search) you can find almost anything.

Check the lug holes closely, many of those use what we used to call a bulge nut, now most call it an acorn (which is actually reference to the closed end of the nut). If there is a taper in the hole, you'll need a conical seat nut, be aware that there are different styles of conical seat lugnuts, the classic "acorn" nut can dig into the wheel (really is for use on steel wheels)

Later styles have a taller/wider flange at the taper. These are typically sold as "conical seat".

There are also "bulge" nuts that are conical seat, with a smaller diameter at the top of the seat for clearance in recessed locations

Bulge seat will work on any conical seat wheel, steel or aluminum (disregard thread size on photo)

Yes, the washer is recessed into the wheel.

Example given is E-T unilug, there are others. E-T style require a special oval washer, and hybrid nut with a tapered seat to match the taper in the washer

Some use only the slot without the machined recess, and use a "standard mag" nut with washer

Cragar used to use a slot without recess, and had cast-in locater triangles for use with a standard mag nut with offset (or centered) thick washer

Then, there are Appliance roto-lugs....whole 'nother mess.

And short mag, and long mag, and the funky GM conical/washer seat (C3 Corvette)....we won't even get into import stuff
