So you think an 8"rim on the back would be the best way to go? Whats the fattest tire I could get away with?I personally think on a Cutlass which because of the shape of the wheel well is limited in tire size and even with a frame notch a 15" x 10" rear rim would be extremely tight and without a frame notch for it to have adequate clearance from the frame it would most likely stick out of the wheel well.
I also feel that a 275 series tire will be at or beyond it's rim width requirements and would be "stretched" to fit on a 10" rim.
I personally like an 8" rim in the back of a Cutlass or any Gbody without a frame notch, it avoids a lot of headaches. So you think an 8"rim on the back would be the best way to go? Whats the fattest tire I could get away with?
