I thought these spring steel clips would be easy to find, but so far, I'm not finding them online.

Alternatively, how can I get the ones out of this old panel so I can put them in the replacement panel?

If the panel is junk just Dremel a slot on the side of the plastic standoff and it will pull out. If you have patience you can remove them with a small pick down the center hole.

Thanks for the part #, searching for just GM retainer, clip, etc. I was not finding them, but with the part # I found some on EBay. I broke one trying to take it out of the old panel, so didn't want to risk further damage.
