On my 78 non ac car I had it behind the radio on the vent duct. Out of sight and everything else.
Where have you guys been mounting your MSD boxes

I made a shelf were the caracol can was and moved the can over a bit. I mounted the MSD box and coil to that after painting them black. They are under my air filter and intake tube.
You can't see them and they look somewhat factory. That was the point of doing it that way.
