I've been looking and haven't found a solid answer or listing for a radio to power antenna coax cable. Everything is a windshield antenna.

Not sure if it'll help you, but, these days a huge majority of DeLorean parts are being repopped.
Why does that matter? DeLorean for having such a short production run used several antenna options - front, front fender, and, inside the left rear 'pontoon' with a power mast that deployed upwards at rear glass.
Might be something to look into availability on, not likely cheap or a rockauto item, you're looking at the DMC parts supplier.
Aside from that, why the need, or, why not just grab a used one?
