Which is worse, the chrome paint/wrap or the rims?

That "chrome" vinyl wrap looks atrocious on everything that I've seen with it. I've never been a big fan of Davin spinners either, and those are the ugliest ones they made in my opinion.

The chrome wrap entertains me, and I like it waaay more than that annoying "flat black" craze
