In between getting some stuff done & waiting for other parts to show up I'm now looking forward to getting the plug wires cut to fit. I'm just up in the air if I should use what I've used in the past, the old chrome & plastic ones like Moroso & Mr. Gasket makes http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5335822911&icep_item=302870729168 or something somewhat "flasher" like a set of aluminum ones that somewhat matches the O.E. aluminum valve covers http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5335822911&icep_item=331209299866. Even open if there are other options out there.

I went with some aluminum separators from Ebay for under $15 for my SBC and I also always get universal wires so I can cut to fit and route them how I want to.

On my Monte since the sleeves make the O.D. of the wires so big I made some wire looms out of aluminum sheet and then polished them and then used Rivnuts to mount them to the valve cover.

I used R&M specialties looks. Little bit of a PITA to assemble and get them positioned correctly, but damn they nice once done.

These are Billet Specialties on the SBC. Like the R&M units their finicky to get set right, but look super clean IMO.....

I see you have header wraps , some people have concerns with rusting , have you ever seen any sighs of a problem ?

For an all season car I wouldn't run header wrap, but for a summer car it works fine and reduces under the hood temps better than any coated headers as long as you properly install it.
