Can I fit 15x10 draglites on my regal in the rear without modifying the wheel wells? Asking this for a friend.

I'm going to say no unless you have it sticking out of the wheel well. An 8 in rim w/ a 3 1/2 backspace is an ideal fit.

I will say no to a 15"" x 10" regardless of backspacing it will either stick out of the wheelwell or rub on the frame.
An 18" x 10" is not a fair comparison because if both tires are equal size and overall height the 18" will always have less section width than a 15" and that is the part of the tire that rubs.
Depending on the car and tire size a 15" x 8" rim is the best size with 3.5-4.5 backspace.
On my Monte before I notched the frame the largest best fitting tire I could fit was a 275/60R15 on a 15 x 8 rim with 4" backspace and with no rubbing and hardly any tire sticking out

there a few cars in the like this that are set up on the size wheels you inquired about......

15 x 4 Jegs sport mags on 205/70/15

15 x 10 4.5 backspacing on 275.60.15

no spacers or rolled fender lip

powder coated gloss black at TMCO

Speedway 2" drop spindles.....

F- body rear stock springs with rubber mount installed......

still drives really decent and turns heads quite a bit!!!!!

Becareful with spacing that close.

My Mickey ET Street Radials in a 275/60/15 chewed up the driver side tire. It rubbed regularly on big bumps and when doing a burn out. I dont know the back spacing, but it could easily have been spaced outwards an inch.

The inside was as close as the pic above, and during burnouts or hard turns it rubbed. The tire would have survived the rubbing if it wasnt for an exhaust hanger bracket corner sticking out at the bottom of the frame. It basically machined a groove out of the tire side wall.

Stupid on me for not removing it.

With the right backspacing I'm sure it can fit.
i test fitted some 15x10" wheels that i used to run on the Camaro on my Malibu 8) Not a Regal, but someone above fitted them just fine.
