I have a 1982 Malibu Wagon and the windshield wipers wont work. I have changed out the whole wiper assembly and just get a clicking noise when I turn on the washer pump and I get nothing when I turn on the wipers. I have power going to the white wire on the pump and power going to the middle (white) prong on the 3-prong plug. Can someone please help me out?

What did you exactly swap out?
The 82-83 setup is unique and is wired differently than the more common 84-88 setups which have reversed polarity.
