Does anyone know for sure if the wiper motor itself(not pump portion) is different or specific within the same year whether it has delay or not? The year in question is 81’, I’m looking to add delay wipers. I have the new dash delay switch, the wiring is just a green wire and when comparing it to an 81’ with delay it appears identical under the hood so I believe from switch to motor/pump I’m 👌 . I can buy a new Delco delay pump but not sure if I can just swap pumps.
