Can someone post a pic of the wiper motor and how it is connected. On my 1984 monte carlo ss it was missing and since it's been raining need to get one put in. This is what It look like with out the motor and the cables/connectors are cut off. Is this the right motor I need? Screenshot_20200310-115016_Samsung Internet.jpg Screenshot_20200310-120610_Gallery.jpg how about the linkage on the back side l?

Both pics look correct. You might have to do a junkyard run to get the wiring harness for the wiper motor. Did the previous owner cut the wiring off at the firewall?

I should have that harness. I cut off a 87 Grand Prix that was a small block Chevy car so I think I can get you the whole thing right back to the fuse block

Chris,
I was going to suggest getting it with the plug end into the fuse box. May as well fix it right the first time rather than doing a Frankenstein repair.

Were you able to get the proper wiring with plug(s) coming out of the firewall connector? They're obviously missing. Also, do you have the plastic cap and circuit board for the wiper motor? Did you check out the junkyard for the wiper motor harness?
You're also going to need the rubber mounting bushings and special bolts for the motor. I assume all those things were missing when you got the car.

That's definitely the right way. I don't have anything on the inside of that car before I got it the fuse box went with the dashboard. I have from the firewall side all the way though

I assume if he finds a firewall plug connector from a car within a similar year range, he'll be okay. Of course it will include all the engine compartment wiring, headlights. horn, etc.
