Wiper wiring

I know this has prob been ask plenlty sonif some one can pass me the info it would be appreciated building 80 malibu using a 85 monte carlo as a donor woukd like to use the steering column and dash from the 85 has tilt and delay need help getting the wipers wired up correctly using a dakota digital and doing ls swap deal nut im stumped on the wiper colors look the same not to good with reading schematics so where to connect wgat would help ty

You will need to swap the wiper switches inside the column, as they changed from a negative ground wiper system to a positive ground wiper system. I would buy a new switch for an '80 off of RockAuto to save the inconvenience of disassembling two columns.
